Pay period Processing
ShopClock will make your life easier.  It is designed expressly for small businesses. Time Sheets, which are shown whenever employees clock in or out. The time sheets are password (or finger print) protected, include overtime analysis, and can be easily edited by the Administrator. Overtime options can be set by department and include: FLSA, California rules or no overtime. While their time cards are displayed employees can request vacation, sick, PTO, or Uncompensated time off.  Pay Period Processing is easy, and the report can be customized in a variety of ways.

ShopClock time clock software is QuickBooks compatible. The employee list is imported from quick books and time card data is exported back to QuickBooks

ShopClock has extensive tools for managing Vacation, Sick, Holidays, Bereavement, and PTO time.
  • Employees can request time off (including uncompensated time off) by clicking on a calendar. To aid in reducing scheduling conflicts, time off previously scheduled by other employees in the same department is visible when the requests are made.
  • The Administrator can approve or deny time off requests by simply clicking on calendar dates.
  • Vacation, Sick, and PTO time can be accrued on the basis of a fraction of an hour for each hour worked or a fixed number of hours for each pay period. The time accrued can by limited to a maximum per calendar year or employment year.
  • The accrual system can be automatically run whenever a pay period is closed, on employment anniversaries or at the end of each calendar year.

Employee Time Clock Software
Shopclock may not be the best fit for every business.
  • It is not web based. It does not work over the internet - (unless you're using Terminal Server or a VPN connection)
  • It does not track Shift Differentials, Job Costing, or Multiple Pay Rates for the same employee
  • It does not track projects, or jobs.
  • It does not "Round" time. Hours are tracked to the nearest second (or hundredth of a minute)..
